• A + at the foot of the strip opens a new tab, in the strip and the full panel alike.
• Pin now holds one of three things: nothing, the whole panel, or just the strip. Click it to cycle.
• With the strip pinned, hovering an entry slides out only that row — a tab, the search box, the view switch or the time window — so you can read it without opening the panel.

• Slack tabs now show a dot when something is waiting. Slack puts no number in its tab title, only a marker, so a dot is what it can honestly say.

• Reaching the docked screen edge opens the panel — no need to land on the thin strip.
• Unread counts in a tab's title now show as a badge, so pinned tabs stop hiding the number you pinned them for.
• A tab sitting in a video call gets a dot and a running clock.
• A live strip above the pinned dock shows what's active right now. Settings → Signals turns it off.
• Fixed: the panel sometimes ignored you when you reached for it.
